Suprasystem



اعوذباالله من الشيطن الرجيم - بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
I seek Allah's protection from Satan the rejected one.In the name of Allah , the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.

إِنَّمَا أَمْرُهُ إِذَا أَرَادَ شَيْئًا أَن يَقُولَ لَهُ كُن فَيَكُونُ

Verily, when He intends a thing, His Command is, "be", and it is! (36:82)



إِنَّ رَبَّكُمُ اللَّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ اسْتَوَىٰ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ يُغْشِي اللَّيْلَ النَّهَارَ يَطْلُبُهُ حَثِيثًا وَالشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ وَالنُّجُومَ مُسَخَّرَاتٍ بِأَمْرِهِ ۗ أَلَا لَهُ الْخَلْقُ وَالْأَمْرُ ۗ تَبَارَكَ اللَّهُ رَبُّ الْعَالَمِينَ
Indeed, your Lord is Allah , who created the heavens and earth in six days and then established 
Himself above the Throne. He covers the night with the day, [another night] chasing it rapidly; and [He created] the sun, the moon, and the stars, subjected by His command. Unquestionably, His is the creation and the command; blessed is Allah , Lord of the worlds.(7:54)


رَّبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَرَبُّ الْمَشَارِقِ-وَحِفْظًا مِّن كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ مَّارِدٍ-لَّا يَسَّمَّعُونَ إِلَى الْمَلَإِ الْأَعْلَىٰ وَيُقْذَفُونَ مِن كُلِّ جَانِبٍ-دُحُورًا ۖ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ وَاصِبٌ-إِلَّا مَنْ خَطِفَ الْخَطْفَةَ فَأَتْبَعَهُ شِهَابٌ ثَاقِبٌ
Lord of the heavens and the earth and that between them and Lord of the sunrises.Indeed, We have adorned the nearest heaven with an  adornment of stars And as protection against every rebellious devil[So] they may not listen to the exalted assembly [of angels] and are pelted from every side,Repelled; and for them is a constant punishment,Except such as snatch away something by stealth, and they are pursued by a flaming fire, of piercing brightness.(37:5-10)



فَلَن تَجِدَ لِسُنَّتِ اللَّهِ تَبْدِيلًا ۖ وَلَن تَجِدَ لِسُنَّتِ اللَّهِ تَحْوِيلًا
But you will never find in the way of Allah any change, 
and you will never find in the way of Allah any alteration. (35:43)


مَا نَنسَخْ مِنْ آيَةٍ أَوْ نُنسِهَا نَأْتِ بِخَيْرٍ مِّنْهَا أَوْ مِثْلِهَا ۗ أَلَمْ تَعْلَمْ أَنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
We do not abrogate a verse or cause it to be forgotten except that We bring forth [one] better than it or similar to it. Do you not know that Allah is over all things competent?(2:106)







 جَاعِلِ الْمَلَائِكَةِ رُسُلًا أُولِي أَجْنِحَةٍ مَّثْنَىٰ وَثُلَاثَ وَرُبَاعَ 

Who made the angels, messengers with wings,- two, or three, or four :(35:1)




وَخَلَقَ الْجَانَّ مِن مَّارِجٍ مِّن نَّارٍ

 And He created the jinn from a smokeless flame of fire , 55:15



وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْإِنسَانَ مِن صَلْصَالٍ مِّنْ حَمَإٍ مَّسْنُونٍ
وَالْجَانَّ خَلَقْنَاهُ مِن قَبْلُ مِن نَّارِ السَّمُومِ
And We did certainly create man out of clay from an altered black mud.
And the jinn We created before from scorching fire.15:26-27


وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْإِنسَانَ مِن سُلَالَةٍ مِّن طِينٍ
And certainly did We create man from an extract of clay.(23:12)


ثُمَّ جَعَلْنَاهُ نُطْفَةً فِي قَرَارٍ مَّكِينٍ
Then We placed him as a sperm-drop in a firm lodging. (23:13)



ثُمَّ خَلَقْنَا النُّطْفَةَ عَلَقَةً فَخَلَقْنَا الْعَلَقَةَ مُضْغَةً فَخَلَقْنَا الْمُضْغَةَ عِظَامًا فَكَسَوْنَا الْعِظَامَ لَحْمًا

ثُمَّ أَنشَأْنَاهُ خَلْقًا آخَرَ ۚ فَتَبَارَكَ اللَّهُ أَحْسَنُ الْخَالِقِينَ 
Then We made the sperm-drop into a clinging clot, and We made the clot into a lump [of flesh], and We made [from] the lump, bones, and We covered the bones with flesh; then We developed him into another creation. So blessed is Allah , the best of creators.(23:14)

خَلَقَكُم مِّن نَّفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا وَأَنزَلَ لَكُم مِّنَ الْأَنْعَامِ ثَمَانِيَةَ أَزْوَاجٍ  

يَخْلُقُكُمْ فِي بُطُونِ أُمَّهَاتِكُمْ خَلْقًا مِّن بَعْدِ خَلْقٍ فِي ظُلُمَاتٍ ثَلَاثٍ 
He created you from one soul. Then He made from it its mate, and He produced for you from the grazing livestock eight mates. He creates you in the wombs of your mothers, creation after creation, within three darknesses.(39:6)


فَلْيَنظُرِ الْإِنسَانُ مِمَّ خُلِقَ -خُلِقَ مِن مَّاءٍ دَافِقٍ  -يَخْرُجُ مِن بَيْنِ الصُّلْبِ وَالتَّرَائِبِ
So let man observe from what he was created.He was created from a fluid, ejected,
Emerging from between the backbone and the ribs.(86:5-7)


    يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاكُم مِّن ذَكَرٍ وَأُنثَىٰ وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ شُعُوبًا وَقَبَائِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوا ۚ   

                                     إِنَّ أَكْرَمَكُمْ عِندَ اللَّهِ أَتْقَاكُمْ ۚ                               
O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and female, and made you into nations and tribes,that ye may know each other not that ye may despise (each other). Indeed, the most noble of you (in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. (49:13



   

SEVEN WORLDS سبعة عالمين 

1) Alam alghaib عالم الغيب The Realm of pre-existence. These circles are the bases of all the root causes of the universes. This whole circle is known as the غيب الغيب Ghaib alghaib (the unseen of the unseen)

2) Alam allahut عالم اللاهوت(The Realm of Divinity) That region where incalculable unseen tiny dots emerge and expand to such large circles that they engulf the entire universe. Whose last limit is in the Realm of Divinity, the condition of the universes before its formation?

3) Alam aljabarut عالم الجبروت (Realm of Power) The stage where the universe is constituted into features. حجاب الكبرياء Hijab alkibria (The Veil of grandeur) is the last limit of this realm. نهرالتجريد Nehr attajreed (Channel of the Abstraction), whose last limit is the Realm of Omni potency, This Realm is also known as تجليات Tajalliat (The Beatific Vision), feeds the Human Soul with its information. The final boundary of the human knowledge and Understanding is called حجاب المحمود Hijab almahmood (The Veil of Extolled), feeds the subtleties of the human heart.

4) Alam almalakut عالم الملكوت (The Realm of Angelic domain) The stage where the characteristics of the species and their individuals descend from the Realm of Omni potency, separate consciousnesses comes into being. Which is the extreme height of the العرش العالي Alarsh alaali(The supreme throne), حملة العرشHamalat al-'Arsh Those angels, who carry the supreme throne. Its last limit is called حجاب العظمة Hijab alazmah (The veil of greatness). نهرالتشهيد Nehr attashheed (Channel of the Evidence). Very important angels ملائكة malaika are included جبريل Gibrae ميكائيل Michael, عزرائيل (ملك الموت) Ezrael malak-almaut and اسرافيل Israfeel, whose last limit is Angelic Realm.

5) Alam albarzkh عالم البرزخ (The realm of isthmus), where humans stay after they die (when عزرائيل Ezreal seizes the soul). معقبات ( معقب ) Mu'aqqibat a class of guardian angels who keep people’s soul from death until its decreed time.

6) Alam aljinnat عالم الجنات(Realm of Jinnat) invisible creation, Devils are restricted up to the Alam Aljinnat, when any devil tries to snatch a hearing from Alam Albarzakh, he is pursued by a brightly burning flame شهاب ثاقب / شهاب مبين The Jinn Realm is supervised by كراماً كاتبين Karaman Katibeen.Who prepare roaster of deeds for inscribing in Loh Mahfouz لوح محفوظ

7) Alam alnasut عالم الناسوت (Realm of Humans) The stage where foundations of the tangible world of matter are laid. It includes the material realm and all the normally visible cosmos نهرالتظهير Nehr attazheer (Channel of Manifestation) whose last limit is Alam alNasut, feeds the subtleties of ego. The Human Realm is supervised by كراماً كاتبين Karaman Katibeen two of whom are charged to every human being; one writes down good deeds called راقب Raqib, and the another one called عاتد Atid, Who prepare roaster of deeds for inscribing in لوح محفوظ Loh Mahfouz. عزرائيل (ملك الموت) - Malak Al-Maut in charge of taking possession of souls after death. منكرونكير Munkar and Nakir the angels who test the faith of the dead in their graves. They ask the soul of the dead person questions. If the person fails the questions, the angels make the man suffer until the Day of Judgement. If the soul passes the questions, he will have a pleasant time in the grave until the Day of Judgement




عَالِمُ الْغَيْبِ فَلَا يُظْهِرُ عَلَىٰ غَيْبِهِ أَحَدًا 
"He (alone) knows the Unseen, nor does He make any one acquainted with His Mysteries,(72:26)


وَعِندَهُ مَفَاتِحُ الْغَيْبِ لَا يَعْلَمُهَا إِلَّا هُوَ ۚ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ ۚ وَمَا تَسْقُطُ مِن وَرَقَةٍ إِلَّا يَعْلَمُهَا وَلَا حَبَّةٍ فِي ظُلُمَاتِ الْأَرْضِ وَلَا رَطْبٍ وَلَا يَابِسٍ إِلَّا فِي كِتَابٍ مُّبِينٍ
With Him are the keys of the unseen, the treasures that none knoweth but He. He knoweth whatever there is on the earth and in the sea.Not a leaf doth fall but with His knowledge: there is not a grain in the darkness (or depths) of the earth, nor anything fresh or dry (green or withered), but is (inscribed) in a record clear (to those who can read)(6:59)


وَلَوْ أَنَّمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ مِن شَجَرَةٍ أَقْلَامٌ وَالْبَحْرُ يَمُدُّهُ مِن بَعْدِهِ سَبْعَةُ أَبْحُرٍ مَّا نَفِدَتْ كَلِمَاتُ اللَّهِ 
And if all the trees on earth were pens and the ocean (were ink), with seven oceans behind it to add to its (supply), yet would not the words of Allah be exhausted (in the writing): (31:27)  


قُل لَّوْ كَانَ الْبَحْرُ مِدَادًا لِّكَلِمَاتِ رَبِّي لَنَفِدَ الْبَحْرُ قَبْلَ أَن تَنفَدَ كَلِمَاتُ رَبِّي وَلَوْ جِئْنَا بِمِثْلِهِ مَدَدًا
Say: "If the ocean were ink (wherewith to write out) the words of my Lord, sooner would the ocean
 exhausted than would the words of my Lord, even if we added another ocean like it, for its aid(18:109)

PROLOGUE
 اعوذباالله من الشيطن الرجيم - بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم  

يُؤْتِي الْحِكْمَةَ مَن يَشَاءُ ۚ وَمَن يُؤْتَ الْحِكْمَةَ فَقَدْ أُوتِيَ خَيْرًا كَثِيرًا ۗ وَمَا يَذَّكَّرُ إِلَّا أُولُو الْأَلْبَابِ

Allah is the one Who granteth wisdom to whoever He pleaseth; and the wisdom so granted is, indeed, a benefit overflowing; but none will grasp the Message but men of understanding (Alquran.2:269).



"My knowledge is confined to that which Allah has taught me and I profess no secret, whether spoken, voiced or uttered. While the magnificence, if any, in my work/Ideas comes from Allah, the mistake, if any, in my effort constitutes human errors and is entirely mine." 



Praised be to ALLAH for His bounty towards those deserving it by performing virtuous acts prescribed by Him for His adoring creatures! Not only are we, the mankind, thankful for His mercy but also acknowledge His might, bend before His power, revere His greatness, beseech the continuance of His mercy and wish to be preserved from change! 



Long after any other messenger had appeared from above, justice had fallen into neglect and the true way of life had been forgotten, He sent to us Muhammad (PBUH), (on whom may repose the blessing of ALLAH), the greatest leader with the mission of a prophet to eliminate injustice from all walks of life. 



Allah did, indeed, through Muhammad (PBUH) cure of blindness, save from perdition, increases what before was small and collect what before was scattered. Praised be to ALLAH, our Lord! And may His glory increase, and may all His names be hallowed – Allah besides whom there is no God; and may His benediction rest on Muhammad (PBUH) the Prophet and on the descendants of Muhammad!



The learned in times past, and amongst the nations ceasing to exist, were constantly employed in writing books about several issues in the various branches of knowledge. They did so while bearing in mind those that were to come after them and with the hope for a reward proportionate to their ability; they trusted that their endeavors would meet with acknowledgement, attention, and remembrance, content, as they were, even with a small degree of praise; small, if compared with the pains which they had undergone, and the difficulties which they had encountered in revealing the secrets and obscurities of nature.



Some out of them applied themselves to obtain information, which was not known before them, and left it to posterity; others commented upon the difficulties in the works left by their predecessors, and defined the best method (of study), or rendered the access (to science) easier or placed it more within reach; others again discovered mistakes in preceding works, and arranged that which was confused, or adjusted what was irregular, and corrected the faults of their fellow laborers, without arrogance and without taking pride in what they themselves did. The rules of refined social ethics are as necessary to teach today as it was centuries ago.



My confidence rests with ALLAH, in this as in everything, and in Him I put my trust. He is Lord of the Sublime Throne. May His blessing descend upon all of the prophets (heavenly messengers) and their faithful followers? My motivation for this humble effort is nothing beyond a desire for the betterment of society. I am also, in this endeavor, guided by the affability and condescension which Allah shows to the learned, the promptitude with which He protects and supports them in the elucidation of obscurities and removal of difficulties. I have, in the light thereof, been encouraged to compose a system for reorganizing society on the lines found to be the easiest and most useful for human beings. 










وَمَا كَانَ لِبَشَرٍ أَن يُكَلِّمَهُ اللَّهُ إِلَّا وَحْيًا أَوْ مِن وَرَاءِ حِجَابٍ أَوْ 
يُرْسِلَ رَسُولًا فَيُوحِيَ بِإِذْنِهِ مَا يَشَاءُ ۚ إِنَّهُ عَلِيٌّ حَكِيمٌ 
And it is not for any human being that Allah should speak to him except by revelation or from behind a partition or that He sends a messenger to reveal, by His permission, what He wills. Indeed, He is Most High and Wise.(42:51)


وَمَا خَلَقْتُ الْجِنَّ وَالْإِنسَ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُونِ
And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me.(51:56)


                       
Systemic process of intersystem evolution
Supra- system: سنة الله the precepts of ALLAH (قال الله)
As far as high affairs of the universe are concerned, because man is, on account of externality of the big signs of such affairs, and because such signs are beyond his experience, rendered incapable of settling high affairs of Alam alghaib  عالم الغيب. The Realm of pre-existence, these circles is the bases of all the root causes of the universes. This whole circle is known as the غيب الغيب Ghaib alghaib (the unseen of the unseen), for this man requires the help of Faith. (ايمان )
While the law of gravity binds together the entire mass in the Universe, Unity is the fundamental cause underlying evolution of the ordered world. The universe is based on a circle, with its construction on six equal degrees from the Radius.  All laws of the universe are interlocked with one another which phenomenon is evident from Hydrostatics, Dynamics, Gravity, Meteorology, Embryology and many other sciences.
Science can do many wonderful things: it could then: it can now. But the mystery of life and death mystified science then, as it continues mystifying science now, after many years of evolution. No one has knowledge of life before womb and after tomb. So a faithful refers back everything to true creator. Something which the hands can grasp for safety in a moment of danger, It may be loop, or a handle, or anchor, If it is without flaw, so that there is no danger of breaking, our safety is absolutely guaranteed as we hold fast to it. Our safety then depends on our own will and faith: ALLAH`S help and protection will always be consistent if we hold firmly ALLAH and trust in him.

The systemic learning of every issue entails three levels of activity, that is, a three-level hierarchy of a supra-system, a system and a sub-system. Therefore, the ability to perceive such three levels of hierarchy, with consideration of an issue by appreciating the way changes at one level affect changes at the other levels thereof, constitutes a systemic characteristic of a supra-system.



يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ ضُرِبَ مَثَلٌ فَاسْتَمِعُوا 
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ تَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ لَن يَخْلُقُوا ذُبَابًا وَلَوِ اجْتَمَعُوا لَهُ
وَإِن يَسْلُبْهُمُ الذُّبَابُ شَيْئًا لَّا يَسْتَنقِذُوهُ مِنْهُ 
ضَعُفَ الطَّالِبُ وَالْمَطْلُوبُ
O people, an example is presented, so listen to it. Indeed,
those you invoke besides Allah will never create [as much as] a fly, even if they gathered together for that purpose. 
And if the fly should steal away from them a [tiny] thing, they could not recover it from him.
Weak are the pursuer and pursued.(22:73)


ثُمَّ جَعَلْنَاكَ عَلَىٰ شَرِيعَةٍ مِّنَ الْأَمْرِ فَاتَّبِعْهَا وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءَ الَّذِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
Then We put thee on the (right) Way of Religion: so follow thou that (Way), and follow not the desires of those who know not.(45:18)


وَهُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَكُمْ خَلَائِفَ الْأَرْضِ وَرَفَعَ بَعْضَكُمْ فَوْقَ بَعْضٍ دَرَجَاتٍ لِّيَبْلُوَكُمْ فِي مَا آتَاكُمْ 
It is He Who hath made you (His) agents, inheritors of the earth: He hath raised you in ranks, some above others  that He may try you in the gifts He hath given you:(6:165)
                                         

يَا أَيَّتُهَا النَّفْسُ الْمُطْمَئِنَّةُ- ارْجِعِي إِلَىٰ رَبِّكِ رَاضِيَةً مَّرْضِيَّةً 
فَادْخُلِي فِي عِبَادِي - وَادْخُلِي جَنَّتِي
"O reassured soul,Return to your Lord, well-pleased and pleasing [to Him], And enter among My [righteous] servants,And enter My Paradise." (89:27-30)


                         
System:سنة الانبياء  the precepts of messengers (قال الرسول)
Faith in Unity employs the armoury of Science and knowledge for the service of human beings in advancing the purpose and will of the Universal Authority while a balanced creation of Good, Right and Truth is essential for a civilization to be in complete consonance with Universal design and order.
Believer’s Faith   ايمان  is based on true information exposed from time to time by ALLAH through his Messengers/Teachers and Books (Torah, Psalms, Bible and Quran).  Manifestation of every truth provides a new strength to faith.  A civilization based on true information witnessed by time and life cannot be ruined.  Evil can only corrupt or confuse the values of goodright and TRUTH and a warning about evil is revealed in the books while teachers play the role of TIME WARNER.
A characteristic of systems is that the whole has characteristics, if any system introduced through the systems parts, will not activate the other systems in suprasystem. The are termed as perfect laws.
 A successful system is one in which all of its parts and characteristics are faithfully adopted because the adoption of a part, or certain parts, of a system does not entail activation of other systems in the (pertinent) supra system.  It is, therefore, that a perfect law is defined as one in which the characteristics and guide lines have arisen from a whole, rather than from a part.




اقْرَأْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ

Recite in the name of your Lord who created -(96:1)


اقْرَأْ وَرَبُّكَ الْأَكْرَمُ- الَّذِي عَلَّمَ بِالْقَلَمِ
Recite, and your Lord is the most Generous -Who taught by the pen -(96:3-4)


وَمَا كُنتَ تَتْلُو مِن قَبْلِهِ مِن كِتَابٍ وَلَا تَخُطُّهُ بِيَمِينِكَ ۖ إِذًا لَّارْتَابَ الْمُبْطِلُونَ   
 And you did not recite before it any scripture, nor did you inscribe one with your right hand. Otherwise the falsifiers would have had [cause for] doubt.(29:48)     


    شَرَعَ لَكُم مِّنَ الدِّينِ مَا وَصَّىٰ بِهِ نُوحًا وَالَّذِي أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ وَمَا وَصَّيْنَأ
       بِهِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَمُوسَىٰ وَعِيسَىٰ ۖ أَنْ أَقِيمُوا الدِّينَ وَلَا تَتَفَرَّقُوا فِيه 
كَبُرَ عَلَى الْمُشْرِكِينَ مَا تَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَيْهِ ۚ اللَّهُ يَجْتَبِي إِلَيْهِ مَن يَشَاءُ وَيَهْدِي إِلَيْهِ مَن يُنِيبُ
The same religion has He established for you as that which He enjoined on Noah - the which We have sent by inspiration to thee - and that which We enjoined on Abraham, Moses, and Jesus: Namely, that ye should remain steadfast in religion, and make no divisions therein: to those who worship other things than Allah,hard is the (way) to which thou callest them. Allah chooses to Himself those whom He pleases, and guides to Himself those who turn (to Him).(42:13)


   قُلْ إِنَّنِي هَدَانِي رَبِّي إِلَىٰ صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ دِينًا قِيَمًا مِّلَّةَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَنِيفًا ۚ قُلْ إِنَّ صَلَاتِي 
وَنُسُكِي وَمَحْيَايَ وَمَمَاتِي لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
Say, "Indeed, my Lord has guided me to a straight path - a correct religion - the way of Abraham, inclining toward truth.(6:161-162)


 قل إني أمرت أن أعبد الله مخلصا له الدين      
Say: "Verily, I am commanded to serve Allah with sincere devotion;(39:11)


لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ ۖ وَبِذَٰلِكَ أُمِرْتُ وَأَنَا أَوَّلُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ   
No partner hath He: this am I commanded, and I am the first of those who bow to His will.(6:163)      
                        

وَمَا أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ ۖ إِنْ أَجْرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.
(26:127,145,164 & 180)


يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ وَارْجُوا الْيَوْمَ الْآخِرَ وَلَا تَعْثَوْا فِي الْأَرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ 
"O my people, worship Allah and expect the Last Day and do not commit abuse on the earth, spreading corruption."(29:36)


قال يا قوم اتبعوا المرسلين   اتبعوا من لا يسألكم أجرا وهم مهتدون 
"O my people! Obey the messengers:"Obey those who ask no reward of you (for themselves), and who have themselves received Guidance. (36:20 &21)


أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ يُزْجِي سَحَابًا ثُمَّ يُؤَلِّفُ بَيْنَهُ ثُمَّ يَجْعَلُهُ رُكَامًا فَتَرَى الْوَدْقَ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ خِلَالِهِ
وَيُنَزِّلُ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مِن جِبَالٍ فِيهَا مِن بَرَدٍ فَيُصِيبُ بِهِ مَن يَشَاءُوَيَصْرِفُهُ عَن مَّن يَشَاءُ
    Do you not see that Allah drives clouds? Then He brings them together, then He makes them into a mass, and you see the rain emerge from within it.
    And He sends down from the sky, mountains [of clouds] within which is hail, and He strikes with it whom He wills and averts it from whom He wills. (24:43)


ذلكم الله ربكم له الملك والذين تدعون من دونه ما يملكون من قطمير
 That is Allah , your Lord; to Him belongs sovereignty. And those whom you invoke other than Him do not possess [as much as] the membrane of a date seed.(35:13)


مَّا كَانَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ مِنْ حَرَجٍ فِيمَا فَرَضَ اللَّهُ لَهُ ۖ سُنَّةَ اللَّهِ فِي الَّذِينَ خَلَوْا مِن قَبْلُ ۚ وَكَانَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ قَدَرًا مَّقْدُورًا
There can be no difficulty to the Prophet in what Allah has indicated to him as a duty. It was the practice (approved) of Allah amongst those of old that have passed away. And the command of Allah is a decree determined.(33:38)

نَبِّئْ عِبَادِي أَنِّي أَنَا الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ
Tell My servants that I am indeed the Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful; (15:49)


فَأَقِمْ وَجْهَكَ لِلدِّينِ الْقَيِّمِ مِن قَبْلِ أَن يَأْتِيَ يَوْمٌ لَّا مَرَدَّ لَهُ مِنَ اللَّهِ ۖ يَوْمَئِذٍ يَصَّدَّعُونَ 
So direct your face toward the correct religion before a Day comes from Allah of which there is no repelling.  That Day, they will be divided.(30:43)





Sub-systems: اطاعة
قُلْ أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ ۖ فَإِن تَوَلَّوْا فَإِنَّمَا عَلَيْهِ مَا حُمِّلَ وَعَلَيْكُم مَّا حُمِّلْتُمْ ۖ وَإِن تُطِيعُوهُ تَهْتَدُوا ۚ وَمَا عَلَى الرَّسُولِ إِلَّا الْبَلَاغُ الْمُبِينُ
Say, "Obey Allah and obey the Messenger; but if you turn away - then upon him is only that [duty] with which he has been charged, and upon you is that with which you have been charged. And if you obey him, you will be [rightly] guided. And there is not upon the Messenger except the [responsibility for] clear notification."(24:54)
The truth as revealed at different stages of time (EVOLUTION OF five HUMAN CULTURES)حقيقة العصر

1)  FAMILY CULTURE:        from        ADAM   (pbuh)                  to                    NOAH (pbuh)                            
2)    TRIBAL CULTURE:     from   IBRAHEEM  (pbuh)              to             DAWOOD (pbuh)

While all human beings, at the time, spoke the same language (which had the past and future tenses), Nimrod confused the matter by adding the present tense, thus giving the language of BABYLON three tenses. Thereafter, all worldly rulers have been using three tenses (Past, present and future).

The Quran was revealed in the Arabic language in only the Past and Future tense and, therefore, its recitation, during prayers, is not allowed in any language suffering from the incompatibility of tenses. However, many scholars confuse, on account of the use, in their languages, of three tenses, the meanings of the Quran while interpreting its message.

 NIMROD (Warrior against Lord) raised the Tower of Babel to compete with Bait-Allah (Makkah) built by IBRAHEEM and ISMAIL (Peace be upon them).  While the builder of KAABA is called MAEMAAR and his followers are Believers, Nimrod, the builder of the Tower of Babel, and his followers are called FREEMASONS who have all along been trying to corrupt the believers (in  revealed religion) by promoting a compromise with the don’ts like Freedom of Sex, speech, Alcohol, Gambling, Usury and etc.

(Tribal cum Agri-Culture): from Jesus (Essa (pbuh) to MUHAMMAD (pbuh)

3) AGRICULTURE: from Muhammad (pbuh) to 18th Century

4) INDUSTRY CULTURE: from 18th Century to 1998

5) I. T. CULTURE: from 1998 to the End of time

Sub-systems are parts of a system which interact with each other in an interdependent way so that the relevant system achieves a balance.  Besides, the sub-systems achieve their compatibility by comparing, correcting and restoring the purposes expressed in the supra-system.
They also epitomize the vision, Knowledge and other faculties by which the life of human beings can be rendered beautiful and their well being refined. Likewise, sub-systems are the only way for a system to evolve in society and, therefore, they are the power-house that gives life to the system.

My motivation for this humble effort is nothing beyond a desire for the betterment of society.  I am also, in this endeavor, guided by the affability and condescension which Allah shows to the learned, the promptitude with which He protects and supports them in the elucidation of obscurities and removal of difficulties.  I have, in the light thereof, been encouraged to compose a system for reorganizing society on the lines found to be the easiest and most useful for human beings.


ALQURAN القرأن الحكيم

فَإِذَا قَرَأْتَ الْقُرْآنَ فَاسْتَعِذْ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ
When thou dost read the Qur'an, seek Allah's protection from Satan the rejected one.(16:98)



       اعوذباالله من الشيطن الرجيم - بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
I seek Allah's protection from Satan the rejected one.In the name of Allah , the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.


إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا الذِّكْرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُ لَحَافِظُونَ
Indeed, it is We who sent down the Qur'an and indeed, We will be its guardian.(15:9)


وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَاكَ سَبْعًا مِّنَ الْمَثَانِي وَالْقُرْآنَ الْعَظِيمَ
And We have bestowed upon thee the Seven Oft-repeated (verses) and the Grand Qur'an. (15:87)



وَالْكِتَابِ الْمُبِينِ  -  إِنَّا جَعَلْنَاهُ قُرْآنًا عَرَبِيًّا لَّعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ
وَإِنَّهُ فِي أُمِّ الْكِتَابِ لَدَيْنَا لَعَلِيٌّ حَكِيمٌ
By the Book that makes things clear,-       We have made it a Qur'an in Arabic, that ye may be able to understand (and learn wisdom).And verily, it is in the Mother of the Book, in Our Presence, high (in dignity), full of wisdom. (43:2-4)


هُوَ الَّذِي أَنزَلَ عَلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ مِنْهُ آيَاتٌ مُّحْكَمَاتٌ هُنَّ أُمُّ الْكِتَابِ وَأُخَرُ مُتَشَابِهَاتٌ 
فَيَتَّبِعُونَ مَا تَشَابَهَ مِنْهُ ابْتِغَاءَ الْفِتْنَةِ وَابْتِغَاءَ تَأْوِيلِهِ ۗ وَمَا يَعْلَمُ تَأْوِيلَهُ إِلَّا اللَّهُ 
 وَالرَّاسِخُونَ فِي الْعِلْمِ يَقُولُونَ آمَنَّا بِهِ كُلٌّ مِّنْ عِندِ رَبِّنَا ۗ وَمَا يَذَّكَّرُ إِلَّا أُولُو الْأَلْبَابِ
He it is Who has sent down to thee the Book: In it are verses basic or fundamental (of established 
meaning); they are the foundation of the Book: others are allegorical. 
But those in whose hearts is perversity follow the part thereof that is allegorical, seeking discord,
 and searching for its hidden meanings,but no one knows its hidden meanings except Allah.
But those firm in knowledge say, "We believe in it. All [of it] is from our Lord." And no one will be
reminded except those of understanding.(3:7)


َقَالَ الرَّسُولُ يَا رَبِّ إِنَّ قَوْمِي اتَّخَذُوا هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنَ مَهْجُورًا 
And the Messenger said, "O my Lord, indeed my people took this Qur'an as [a thing] abandoned.(25:30)


ذَٰلِكَ الْكِتَابُ لَا رَيْبَ ۛ فِيهِ ۛ هُدًى لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ
This is the Book about which there is no doubt, a guidance for those conscious of Allah -(2:2)


الَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْغَيْبِ وَيُقِيمُونَ الصَّلَاةَ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ
Who believe in the unseen, establish prayer, and spend out of what 
We have provided for them(2:3)


وَالَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ وَمَا أُنزِلَ مِن قَبْلِكَ وَبِالْآخِرَةِ هُمْ يُوقِنُونَ
And who believe in what has been revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and what was revealed before you, and of the Hereafter they are certain [in faith].(2:4)


أُولَٰئِكَ عَلَىٰ هُدًى مِّن رَّبِّهِمْ ۖ وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ
Those are upon [right] guidance from their Lord, and it is those who are the successful.(2:5)







Personal -شخصي 

يَـبَنِى آدَمَ لاَ يَفْتِنَنَّكُمُ الشَّيْطَـنُ كَمَآ أَخْرَجَ أَبَوَيْكُم مِّنَ الْجَنَّةِ
O Children of Adam! Let not Shaytan deceive you, as he got your parents ﴿Adam and Hawwa' (Eve)﴾ out of Paradise) (7:27),



                 Pillars of Islam.  اركان الاسلام 

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
 بُنِيَ الإِسْلاَمُ عَلَى خَمْسٍ شَهَادَةِ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ، وَإِقَامِ الصَّلاَةِ، وَإِيتَاءِ الزَّكَاةِ، وَالْحَجِّ، وَصَوْمِ رَمَضَانَ ‏
Narrated Ibn 'Umar:
Allah's Messenger () said: Islam is based on (the following) five (principles):
1. To testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and Muhammad is Allah's Messenger ().
2. To offer the (compulsory congregational) prayers dutifully and perfectly.
3. To pay Zakat (i.e. obligatory charity) .
4. To perform Hajj. (i.e. Pilgrimage to Mecca)
5. To observe fast during the month of Ramadan.
(Sahih al-Bukhari 8 -  Book 2, Hadith 1 )



الشهادة ،      الصلاة ،       الزكاة ،       الصيام ،      الحج 

1.The Certificate of Islam -الشهادة الاسلام

لا اله الا الله محمد الرسول الله
There is no god but ALLAH and Mohammad is His Messenger









                       2.The Prayer - الصلاة

حَافِظُوا عَلَى الصَّلَوَاتِ وَالصَّلَاةِ الْوُسْطَىٰ وَقُومُوا لِلَّهِ قَانِتِينَ
Guard strictly your (habit of) prayers, especially the Middle Prayer; and stand before Allah in a devout (frame of mind).(2:238)


 إِنَّ الصَّلَاةَ كَانَتْ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ كِتَابًا مَّوْقُوتًا
Indeed,such prayers are enjoined on believers at stated times.(4:103)



Ablution - وُضُو
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا قُمْتُمْ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ فَاغْسِلُوا وُجُوهَكُمْ وَأَيْدِيَكُمْ إِلَى الْمَرَافِقِ وَامْسَحُوا بِرُءُوسِكُمْ وَأَرْجُلَكُمْ إِلَى الْكَعْبَ
O you who have believed, when you rise to [perform] prayer, wash your faces and your forearms to the elbows and wipe over your heads and wash your feet to the ankles.(5:6)Al-Quraan


 وَإِن كُنتُمْ جُنُبًا فَاطَّهَّرُوا  
And if you are in a state of janabah, then purify yourselves.(5:6)Al-Quraan


وَإِن كُنتُم مَّرْضَىٰ أَوْ عَلَىٰ سَفَرٍ أَوْ جَاءَ أَحَدٌ مِّنكُم مِّنَ الْغَائِطِ أَوْ لَامَسْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَلَمْ تَجِدُوا مَاءً فَتَيَمَّمُوا صَعِيدًا طَيِّبًا فَامْسَحُوا بِوُجُوهِكُمْ وَأَيْدِيكُم مِّنْهُ 
But if you are ill or on a journey or one of you comes from the place of relieving himself or you have contacted women and do not find water, then seek clean earth and wipe over your faces and hands with it.(5:6) Al-Quraan



رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم  دَعَا بِمَاءٍ فَتَوَضَّأَ مَرَّةً مَرَّةً فَقَالَ ‏"‏ هَذَا وَظِيفَةُ الْوُضُوءِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ أَوْ قَالَ ‏"‏ وُضُوءٌ مَنْ لَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْهُ لَمْ يَقْبَلِ اللَّهُ لَهُ صَلاَةً ‏"‏ ‏.‏ ثُمَّ تَوَضَّأَ مَرَّتَيْنِ مَرَّتَيْنِ ثُمَّ قَالَ ‏"‏ هَذَا وُضُوءٌ مَنْ تَوَضَّأَهُ أَعْطَاهُ اللَّهُ كِفْلَيْنِ مِنَ الأَجْرِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ ثُمَّ تَوَضَّأَ ثَلاَثًا ثَلاَثًا فَقَالَ ‏"‏ هَذَا وُضُوئِي وَوُضُوءُ الْمُرْسَلِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِي ‏"‏

It was narrated from Ubayy bin Ka'b that:
The Messenger of Allah called for water and performed ablution once. He said: "This is the minimum requirement of ablution' or he said: 'The ablution of one who, if he does not perform this ablution, Allah will not accept his prayer." Then he performed ablution washing each part twice, and he said: 'This is the ablution of one who, if he performs it, Allah will give him two shares of reward." Then he performed ablution washing each part three times, and said: 'This is my ablution and the ablution of the Messengers who were sent before me."(Book 1, Hadith 455) Sunan Ibn Majah

فَإِذَا قَضَيْتُمُ الصَّلَاةَ فَاذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ قِيَامًا وَقُعُودًا وَعَلَىٰ جُنُوبِكُمْ ۚ فَإِذَا اطْمَأْنَنتُمْ فَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ ۚ إِنَّ الصَّلَاةَ كَانَتْ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ كِتَابًا مَّوْقُوتًا
When ye pass (Congregational) prayers, celebrate Allah's praises, standing, sitting down, or lying down on your sides; but when ye are free from danger, set up Regular Prayers: For such prayers are enjoined on believers at stated times.(4:103)



 أَوْقَاتِ الصَّلَوَاتِ الْخَمْسِ
عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ

 وَقْتُ الظُّهْرِ إِذَا زَالَتِ الشَّمْسُ وَكَانَ ظِلُّ الرَّجُلِ كَطُولِهِ مَا لَمْ يَحْضُرِ الْعَصْرُ وَوَقْتُ الْعَصْرِ مَا لَمْ تَصْفَرَّ الشَّمْسُ وَوَقْتُ صَلاَةِ الْمَغْرِبِ مَا لَمْ يَغِبِ الشَّفَقُ وَوَقْتُ صَلاَةِ الْعِشَاءِ إِلَى نِصْفِ اللَّيْلِ الأَوْسَطِ وَوَقْتُ صَلاَةِ الصُّبْحِ مِنْ طُلُوعِ الْفَجْرِ مَا لَمْ تَطْلُعِ الشَّمْسُ فَإِذَا طَلَعَتِ الشَّمْسُ فَأَمْسِكْ عَنِ الصَّلاَةِ فَإِنَّهَا تَطْلُعُ بَيْنَ قَرْنَىْ شَيْطَانٍ
(Sahih Muslim 612 d-Book 5, Hadith 222)
'Abdullah b. 'Amr reported:
The Messenger of Allah () said: The time of the noon prayer is when the sun passes the meridian and a man's shadow is the same (length) as his height, (and it lasts) as long as the time for the afternoon prayer has not come; the time for the afternoon prayer is as long as the sun has not become pale; the time of the evening prayer is as long as the twilight has not ended; the time of the night prayer is up to the middle of the average night and the time of the morning prayer is from the appearance of dawn, as long as the sun has not risen; but when the sun rises, refrain from prayer for it rises between the horns of the devil.

The intention of prayer-نية الصلاة 

نويت أصلي ( فرض\سنة\نوافل)-( المغرب\ العشاء\ الفجر\ الظهر\ العصر) (اثنين\ ثلاثة\ أربع) ركعات


 وَلَا تَجْهَرْ بِصَلَاتِكَ وَلَا تُخَافِتْ بِهَا وَابْتَغِ بَيْنَ ذَٰلِكَ سَبِيلًا
Neither speak thy Prayer aloud, nor speak it in a low tone, but seek a middle course between.(17:110)

مثلآ

1. Three rakahs Fardh of Maghrab prayer

I intend to pray three rakahs of Maghrab prayer -نويت أصلي  فرض المغرب ثلاث ركعات




إِنِّي وَجَّهْتُ وَجْهِيَ لِلَّذِي فَطَرَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ حَنِيفاً وَمَا أَنَا مِنَ المُشْرِكِينَ

I directed my face to the one who created the heavens and the earth upright, and I am not of the idolaters.

Praise-ثنآء
 سبحانك اللهم و بحمدك،  وتبارك اسمك، و تعالى جدك، ولا إله غيرك
 “O Allah, how perfect you are and praise be to you. Blessed is your name, and exalted is your majesty. There is no god but you.”

  بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ- الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ-  الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ-مَالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ-إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ-اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ-صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّالِّينَ- آمين
Gracious, Most Merciful;Master of the Day of Judgment.Thee do we worship, and Thine aid we seek.Show us the straight way,The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have evoked [Your] anger or of those who are astray. Ameen!

Peace be upon us and upon the righteous slaves of Allah (SWT). I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped except Allah and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger

إِنِّي وَجَّهْتُ وَجْهِيَ لِلَّذِي فَطَرَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ حَنِيفاً وَمَا أَنَا مِنَ المُشْرِكِينَ



I directed my face to the one who created the heavens and the earth upright, and I am not of the idolaters.

سؤال

أَمَّن يُجِيبُ الْمُضْطَرَّ إِذَا دَعَاهُ وَيَكْشِفُ السُّوءَ
Who listens to the (soul) distressed when it calls on Him, and Who relieves its suffering(27:62)



جواب

وَقَالَ رَبُّكُمُ ادْعُونِي أَسْتَجِبْ لَكُمْ
And your Lord says, "Call upon Me; I will respond to you.(40:60)


وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِي عَنِّي فَإِنِّي قَرِيبٌ ۖ أُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ الدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ ۖ فَلْيَسْتَجِيبُوا لِي وَلْيُؤْمِنُوا بِي لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْشُدُونَ
When My servants ask thee concerning Me, I am indeed close (to them): I listen to the prayer of every suppliant when he calleth on Me: Let them also, with a will, Listen to My call, and believe in Me: That they may walk in the right way(2:186)


فَاذْكُرُونِي أَذْكُرْكُمْ وَاشْكُرُوا لِي وَلَا تَكْفُرُونِ

So remember Me; I will remember you. And be grateful to Me and do not deny Me.(2:152)




يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ ذِكْرًا كَثِيرًا-وَسَبِّحُوهُ بُكْرَةً وَأَصِيلًا
O ye who believe! Celebrate the praises of Allah, and do this often;And glorify Him morning and evening.(33:41&42)


إِنَّ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَالْمُسْلِمَاتِ وَالْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ وَالْقَانِتِينَ وَالْقَانِتَاتِ وَالصَّادِقِينَ وَالصَّادِقَاتِ وَالصَّابِرِينَ وَالصَّابِرَاتِ وَالْخَاشِعِينَ وَالْخَاشِعَاتِ وَالْمُتَصَدِّقِينَ وَالْمُتَصَدِّقَاتِ وَالصَّائِمِينَ وَالصَّائِمَاتِ وَالْحَافِظِينَ فُرُوجَهُمْ وَالْحَافِظَاتِ وَالذَّاكِرِينَ اللَّهَ كَثِيرًا وَالذَّاكِرَاتِ أَعَدَّ اللَّهُ لَهُم مَّغْفِرَةً وَأَجْرًا عَظِيمًا
Indeed, the Muslim men and Muslim women, the believing men and believing women, the obedient men and obedient women, the truthful men and truthful women, the patient men and patient women, the humble men and humble women, the charitable men and charitable women,the fasting men and fasting women, the men who guard their private parts and the women who do so, and the men who remember Allah often and the women who do so - for them Allah has prepared forgiveness and a great reward.(33:35)


ادْعُوا رَبَّكُمْ تَضَرُّعًا وَخُفْيَةً ۚ إِنَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُعْتَدِينَ
Call upon your Lord in humility and privately; indeed, He does not like transgressors.(7:55)

Supplications-الأدعية 

From following any one or two or three, whatever you like ! 



لا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ 

There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers.(21:87)



 رَبِّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ أَنْ أَسْأَلَكَ مَا لَيْسَ لِي بِهِ عِلْمٌ ۖ وَإِلَّا تَغْفِرْ لِي وَتَرْحَمْنِي أَكُن مِّنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ
"O my Lord! I do seek refuge with Thee, lest I ask Thee for that of which I have no knowledge. And unless thou forgive me and have Mercy on me, I should indeed be lost!"(11:47)


رَّبِّ أَدْخِلْنِي مُدْخَلَ صِدْقٍ وَأَخْرِجْنِي مُخْرَجَ صِدْقٍ وَاجْعَل لِّي مِن لَّدُنكَ سُلْطَانًا نَّصِيرًا
"O my Lord! Let my entry be by the Gate of Truth and Honour, and likewise my exit by the Gate of Truth and Honour; and grant me from Thy Presence an authority to aid (me)."(17:80)



رَبِّ أَنزِلْنِي مُنزَلًا مُّبَارَكًا وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الْمُنزِلِينَ
"O my Lord! enable me to disembark with thy blessing: for Thou art the Best to enable (us) to disembark."(23:29)


 رَبِّ هَبْ لِي مِن لَّدُنكَ ذُرِّيَّةً طَيِّبَةً ۖ إِنَّكَ سَمِيعُ الدُّعَاءِ
"My Lord, grant me from Yourself a good offspring. Indeed, You are the Hearer of supplication."(3:38)


رَبِّ اجْعَلْنِي مُقِيمَ الصَّلَاةِ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِي ۚ رَبَّنَا وَتَقَبَّلْ دُعَاءِ- رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْحِسَابُ

O my Lord! make me one who establishes regular Prayer, and also (raise such) among my offspring O our Lord! and accept Thou my Prayer.Our Lord, forgive me and my parents and the believers the Day the account is established."(14:40&41)


فَاطِرَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ أَنتَ وَلِيِّي فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ ۖ تَوَفَّنِي مُسْلِمًا وَأَلْحِقْنِي بِالصَّالِحِينَ
O,Creator of the heavens and earth, You are my protector in this world and in the Hereafter. Cause me to die a Muslim and join me with the righteous."(12:101)


ربِّ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ هَمَزَاتِ الشَّيَاطِينِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ رَبِّ أَن يَحْضُرُونِ
O my Lord! I seek refuge with Thee from the suggestions of the Evil Ones.And I seek refuge in You, my Lord , lest they be present with me.(23:97-98)



رَبِّ هَبْ لِي حُكْمًا وَأَلْحِقْنِي بِالصَّالِحِينَ- وَاجْعَل لِّي لِسَانَ صِدْقٍ فِي الْآخِرِينَ
وَاجْعَلْنِي مِن وَرَثَةِ جَنَّةِ النَّعِيمِ

O my Lord! bestow wisdom on me, and join me with the righteous;And grant me a reputation of honor among later generations.And place me among the inheritors of the Garden of Pleasure.(26:83-85)



رَبِّ أَوْزِعْنِي أَنْ أَشْكُرَ نِعْمَتَكَ الَّتِي أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيَّ وَعَلَىٰ وَالِدَيَّ وَأَنْ أَعْمَلَ صَالِحًا تَرْضَاهُ وَأَصْلِحْ لِي فِي ذُرِّيَّتِي ۖ إِنِّي تُبْتُ إِلَيْكَ وَإِنِّي مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ

My Lord, enable me to be grateful for Your favor which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents and to work righteousness of which You will approve and make righteous for me my offspring. Indeed, I have repented to You, and indeed, I am of the Muslims.(46:15)



رَبِّ ابْنِ لِي عِندَكَ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ

My Lord, build for me near You a house in Paradise.

 قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم

 أَصْبَحْنَا وَأَصْبَحَ الْمُلْكُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَ هَذَا الْيَوْمِ فَتْحَهُ وَنَصْرَهُ وَنُورَهُ وَبَرَكَتَهُ وَهُدَاهُ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا فِيهِ وَشَرِّ مَا بَعْدَهُ
 When one rises in the morning, one should say: "We have reached the morning, and in the morning the dominion belongs to Allah, the Lord of the universe. O Allah! I ask Thee for the good this day contains, for conquest, victory, light, blessing and guidance during it; and I seek refuge in Thee from the evil it contains and the evil contained in what comes after it."
 Sunan Abi Dawud-Book 43, Hadith 312

 "‏ اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ لِي فِي قَلْبِي نُورًا وَفِي لِسَانِي نُورًا وَفِي سَمْعِي نُورًا وَفِي بَصَرِي نُورًا وَمِنْ فَوْقِي نُورًا وَمِنْ تَحْتِي نُورًا وَعَنْ يَمِينِي نُورًا وَعَنْ شِمَالِي نُورًا وَمِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَىَّ نُورًا وَمِنْ خَلْفِي نُورًا وَاجْعَلْ فِي نَفْسِي نُورًا وَأَعْظِمْ لِي نُورًا ‏"
The Messenger of Allah said:" Place light in my heart, light in my tongue, light in my hearing, light in my sight, light above me, light below me, light on my right, light on my left, light in front of me, light behind me, place light in my soul, and make light abundant for me."

 صلاة السفر
َإِنْ خِفْتُمْ فَرِجَالًا أَوْ رُكْبَانًا ۖ فَإِذَا أَمِنتُمْ فَاذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ كَمَا عَلَّمَكُم مَّا لَمْ تَكُونُوا تَعْلَمُونَ
If ye fear (an enemy), pray on foot, or riding, (as may be most convenient), but when ye are in security, celebrate Allah's praises in the manner He has taught you, which ye knew not (before).(2:239)


وَإِذَا ضَرَبْتُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ أَن تَقْصُرُوا مِنَ الصَّلَاةِ إِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَن يَفْتِنَكُمُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا ۚ إِنَّ الْكَافِرِينَ كَانُوا لَكُمْ عَدُوًّا مُّبِينًا
And when you travel throughout the land, there is no blame upon you for shortening the prayer, [especially] if you fear that those who disbelieve may disrupt [or attack] you. Indeed, the disbelievers are ever to you a clear enemy.(4:101)

وَإِذَا كُنتَ فِيهِمْ فَأَقَمْتَ لَهُمُ الصَّلَاةَ فَلْتَقُمْ طَائِفَةٌ مِّنْهُم مَّعَكَ وَلْيَأْخُذُوا أَسْلِحَتَهُمْ فَإِذَا سَجَدُوا فَلْيَكُونُوا مِن وَرَائِكُمْ وَلْتَأْتِ طَائِفَةٌ أُخْرَىٰ لَمْ يُصَلُّوا فَلْيُصَلُّوا مَعَكَ وَلْيَأْخُذُوا حِذْرَهُمْ وَأَسْلِحَتَهُمْ وَدَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَوْ تَغْفُلُونَ عَنْ أَسْلِحَتِكُمْ وَأَمْتِعَتِكُمْ فَيَمِيلُونَ عَلَيْكُم مَّيْلَةً وَاحِدَةً ۚ وَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِن كَانَ بِكُمْ أَذًى مِّن مَّطَرٍ أَوْ كُنتُم مَّرْضَىٰ أَن تَضَعُوا أَسْلِحَتَكُمْ ۖ وَخُذُوا حِذْرَكُمْ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ أَعَدَّ لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَذَابًا مُّهِينًا
And when you are among them and lead them in prayer, let a group of them stand [in prayer] with you and let them carry their arms. And when they have prostrated, let them be [in position] behind you and have the other group come forward which has not [yet] prayed and let them pray with you, taking precaution and carrying their arms. Those who disbelieve wish that you would neglect your weapons and your baggage so they could come down upon you in one [single] attack. But there is no blame upon you, if you are troubled by rain or are ill,for putting down your arms, but take precaution. Indeed, Allah has prepared for the disbelievers a humiliating punishment.(4:102)


 رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَ الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ وَالْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ فَأَخَّرَ الصَّلاَةَ يَوْمًا ثُمَّ خَرَجَ فَصَلَّى الظُّهْرَ وَالْعَصْرَ جَمِيعًا ثُمَّ دَخَلَ ثُمَّ خَرَجَ فَصَلَّى الْمَغْرِبَ وَالْعِشَاءَ جَمِيعًا ‏.‏
Narrated Mu’adh bin Jabal :
They (the Companions) proceeded on the expedition of Tabuk along with the Messenger of Allah (). He combined the noon and afternoon prayers and the sunset and night prayers. One day he delayed the prayer and came out (of his dwelling) and combined the noon and the afternoon prayers. He then went it and then came out and combined the sunset and the night prayers (Sunan Abi Dawud 1206-Book 4, Hadith 9)

1.Three rakahs of Maghrab prayer
نية

 أنوي صلاة ثلاث ركعات من فرض المغرب  بعد الإمام
I intend to pray three rakahs of FardhulMaghrib after the Imam

إِنِّي وَجَّهْتُ وَجْهِيَ لِلَّذِي فَطَرَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ حَنِيفاً وَمَا أَنَا مِنَ المُشْرِكِينَ

I directed my face to the one who created the heavens and the earth upright, and I am not of the idolaters.


ويقول الإمام بصوت عال الكلمات في اللون الذهبي
Imam will say loudly the words in golden colour.

Praise-ثنآء
 سبحانك اللهم و بحمدك،  وتبارك اسمك، و تعالى جدك، ولا إله غيرك
 “O Allah, how perfect you are and praise be to you. Blessed is your name, and exalted is your majesty. There is no god but you.”

I intend to pray three rakahs of Witr of Ishaa  after the Imam

إِنِّي وَجَّهْتُ وَجْهِيَ لِلَّذِي فَطَرَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ حَنِيفاً وَمَا أَنَا مِنَ المُشْرِكِينَ

I directed my face to the one who created the heavens and the earth upright, and I am not of the idolaters.


ويقول الإمام بصوت عال الكلمات في اللون الذهبي
Imam will say loudly the words in golden colour.

 سبحانك اللهم و بحمدك،  وتبارك اسمك، و تعالى جدك، ولا إله غيرك
 “O Allah, how perfect you are and praise be to you. Blessed is your name, and exalted is your majesty. There is no god but you.”

ويبدأ وقت صلاة العيد إذا ارتفعت الشمس بعد طلوعها قدر رمح؛ لأنه الوقت الذي كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يصليها فيه
The time of the Eid prayer begins when the sun rose after sunrise as shaft; because it is time that the Prophet, peace be upon him pray in it,

أنوي أن يصلي ركعتين الواجب عيدالفطر مع ست تكبيرات 
I intend to pray two rak'ahs to be Eid-alfItr with six Takbirat

أنوي أن يصلي ركعتين الواجب عيدالاضحى مع ست تكبيرات 
I intend to pray two rak'ahs to be Eid-aladha with six Takbirat

O Lord! Forgive our living and our dead, those [who are] present [here] and those who are not and forgive our young ones and old ones, our men and our women. Lord! Whoever you give life, give him life such that he [follows] Islam and whoever you give death, let him die on faith. Lord! Do not deprive us of the reward of this deceased person and do not lead us astray after him

الَّذِينَ يَذْكُرُونَ اللَّهَ قِيَامًا وَقُعُودًا وَعَلَىٰ جُنُوبِهِمْ وَيَتَفَكَّرُونَ فِي خَلْقِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ رَبَّنَا مَا خَلَقْتَ هَٰذَا بَاطِلًا سُبْحَانَكَ فَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
Men who celebrate the praises of Allah, standing, sitting, and lying down on their sides, and contemplate the (wonders of) creation in the heavens and the earth, (With the thought): "Our Lord! not for naught Hast Thou created (all) this! Glory to Thee! Give us salvation from the penalty of the Fire.(3:191)

رَبَّنَا آمَنَّا بِمَا أَنزَلْتَ وَاتَّبَعْنَا الرَّسُولَ فَاكْتُبْنَا مَعَ الشَّاهِدِينَ

"Our Lord! we believe in what Thou hast revealed, and we follow the Messenger; then write us down among those who bear witness."(3:53)



رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
"Our Lord, accept [this] from us. Indeed You are the Hearing, the Knowing.(2:127)





رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ

"Our Lord! Give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and defend us from the torment of the Fire!"(2:201)



رَبَّنَا أَفْرِغْ عَلَيْنَا صَبْرًا وَثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَنَا وَانصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ

"Our Lord! Pour out constancy on us and make our steps firm: Help us against those that reject faith."(2:250)



رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِن نَّسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا ۚ رَبَّنَا وَلَا تَحْمِلْ عَلَيْنَا إِصْرًا كَمَا حَمَلْتَهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِنَا ۚ رَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهِ ۖ وَاعْفُ عَنَّا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحَمْنَا ۚ أَنتَ مَوْلَانَا فَانصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ

"Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred. Our Lord, and lay not upon us a burden like that which You laid upon those before us. Our Lord, and burden us not with that which we have no ability to bear. And pardon us; and forgive us; and have mercy upon us. You are our protector, so give us victory over the disbelieving people."(2:286)


رَبَّنَا إِنَّنَا آمَنَّا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ

"Our Lord, indeed we have believed, so forgive us our sins and protect us from the punishment of the Fire,"(3:16)


رَبَّنَا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَكَفِّرْ عَنَّا سَيِّئَاتِنَا وَتَوَفَّنَا مَعَ الْأَبْرَارِ

رَبَّنَا وَآتِنَا مَا وَعَدتَّنَا عَلَىٰ رُسُلِكَ وَلَا تُخْزِنَا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ۗ إِنَّكَ لَا تُخْلِفُ الْمِيعَادَ

Our Lord, so forgive us our sins and remove from us our misdeeds and cause us to die with the righteous."Our Lord! Grant us what Thou didst promise unto us through Thine messengers, and save us from shame on the Day of Judgment: For Thou never breakest Thy promise."(3:193-194)


رَبَّنَا لَا تَجْعَلْنَا فِتْنَةً لِّلْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ

وَنَجِّنَا بِرَحْمَتِكَ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ

Our Lord! make us not a trial for those who practise oppression;

And save us by Your mercy from the disbelieving people."(10:85-86)





رَبَّنَا آتِنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحْمَةً وَهَيِّئْ لَنَا مِنْ أَمْرِنَا رَشَدًا
Our Lord, grant us from Yourself mercy and prepare for us from our affair right guidance."(18:10)


رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ وَاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا
Our Lord, grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us an example for the righteous.(25:74)





رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لَنَا وَلِإِخْوَانِنَا الَّذِينَ سَبَقُونَا بِالْإِيمَانِ وَلَا تَجْعَلْ فِي قُلُوبِنَا غِلًّا لِّلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا رَبَّنَا إِنَّكَ رَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ

Our Lord, forgive us and our brothers who preceded us in faith and put not in our hearts [any] resentment toward those who have believed. Our Lord, indeed You are Kind and Merciful.(59:10)





رَبَّنَا لَا تَجْعَلْنَا فِتْنَةً لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا رَبَّنَا ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ

Our Lord! Make us not a (test and) trial for the Unbelievers, but forgive us, our Lord! for Thou art the Exalted in Might, the Wise.(60:5)

 ‏"‏اللهم بك أصبحنا، وبك أمسينا، وبك نحيا، وبك نموت، وإليك النشور‏"‏‏
O Allah! With Your Power we have come to the morning, with Your Power we come to the evening, with Your Power we live, and we die, and to You will we return
[At-Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud].Book 16, Hadith 46







3.The Zakat   الزكاة

إِنَّمَا الصَّدَقَاتُ لِلْفُقَرَاءِ وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَالْعَامِلِينَ عَلَيْهَا وَالْمُؤَلَّفَةِ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَفِي الرِّقَابِ وَالْغَارِمِينَ وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ ۖ فَرِيضَةً مِّنَ اللَّهِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ
Zakah expenditures are only for the poor and for the needy and for those employed to collect [zakah] and for bringing hearts together [for Islam] and for freeing captives [or slaves] and for those in debt and for the cause of Allah and for the [stranded] traveler - an obligation [imposed] by Allah . And Allah is Knowing and Wise.(9:60)









4.The Fasting   الصيام

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الصِّيَامُ كَمَا كُتِبَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ 
O you who have believed, decreed upon you is fasting as it was decreed upon those before you that you may become righteous -(2:183)

أَيَّامًا مَّعْدُودَاتٍ ۚ فَمَن كَانَ مِنكُم مَّرِيضًا أَوْ عَلَىٰ سَفَرٍ فَعِدَّةٌ مِّنْ أَيَّامٍ أُخَرَ ۚ وَعَلَى الَّذِينَ
 يُطِيقُونَهُ فِدْيَةٌ طَعَامُ مِسْكِينٍ ۖ فَمَن تَطَوَّعَ خَيْرًا فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّهُ ۚ وَأَن تَصُومُوا خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ 
(Fasting) for a fixed number of days; but if any of you is ill, or on a journey, the prescribed number (Should be made up) from days later. For those who can do it (With hardship), is a ransom, the feeding of one that is indigent. But he that will give more, of his own free will,- it is better for him. And it is better for you that ye fast,(2:184)

شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِي أُنزِلَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ هُدًى لِّلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَاتٍ مِّنَ الْهُدَىٰ وَالْفُرْقَانِ ۚ فَمَن شَهِدَ مِنكُمُ الشَّهْرَ فَلْيَصُمْهُ ۖ وَمَن كَانَ مَرِيضًا أَوْ عَلَىٰ سَفَرٍ فَعِدَّةٌ مِّنْ أَيَّامٍ أُخَرَ 
The month of Ramadhan [is that] in which was revealed the Qur'an, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion. So whoever sights [the new moon of] the month, let him fast it; and whoever is ill or on a journey - then an equal number of other days.(2:185)

أُحِلَّ لَكُمْ لَيْلَةَ الصِّيَامِ الرَّفَثُ إِلَىٰ نِسَائِكُمْ ۚ هُنَّ لِبَاسٌ لَّكُمْ وَأَنتُمْ لِبَاسٌ لَّهُنَّ ۗ عَلِمَ اللَّهُ أَنَّكُمْ كُنتُمْ تَخْتَانُونَ أَنفُسَكُمْ فَتَابَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَعَفَا عَنكُمْ ۖ فَالْآنَ بَاشِرُوهُنَّ وَابْتَغُوا مَا كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ ۚ وَكُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا حَتَّىٰ يَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمُ الْخَيْطُ الْأَبْيَضُ مِنَ الْخَيْطِ الْأَسْوَدِ مِنَ الْفَجْرِ ۖ ثُمَّ أَتِمُّوا الصِّيَامَ إِلَى اللَّيْلِ ۚ وَلَا تُبَاشِرُوهُنَّ وَأَنتُمْ عَاكِفُونَ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ ۗ تِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللَّهِ فَلَا تَقْرَبُوهَا 
Permitted to you, on the night of the fasts, is the approach to your wives. They are your garments and ye are their garments. Allah knoweth what ye used to do secretly among yourselves; but Heturned to you and forgave you; so now associate with them, and seek what Allah Hath ordained for you, and eat and drink, until the white thread of dawn appear to you distinct from its black thread; then complete your fast Till the night appears; but do not associate with your wives while ye are in retreat in the mosques. Those are Limits (set by) Allah: Approach not nigh thereto. (2:187)





5.The pilgrimage  الحج

إِنَّ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةَ مِن شَعَائِرِ اللَّهِ ۖ فَمَنْ حَجَّ الْبَيْتَ أَوِ اعْتَمَرَ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ أَن يَطَّوَّفَ بِهِمَا ۚ وَمَن تَطَوَّعَ خَيْرًا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ شَاكِرٌ عَلِيمٌ
Behold! Safa and Marwa are among the Symbols of Allah. So if those who visit the House in the Season or at other times, should compass them round, it is no sin in them. And if any one obeyeth his own impulse to good,- be sure that Allah is He Who recogniseth and knoweth.(2:158)


 قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ 

"‏ مَنْ حَجَّ هَذَا الْبَيْتَ، فَلَمْ يَرْفُثْ وَلَمْ يَفْسُقْ، رَجَعَ كَمَا وَلَدَتْهُ أُمُّهُ
Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah's Messenger () said, "Whoever performs Hajj to this House (Ka`ba) and does not approach his wife for sexual relations nor commits sins (while performing Hajj), he will come out as sinless as a newlyborn child. (Just delivered by his mother).(Sahih al-Bukhari 1819 )      Book 27, Hadith 14-

 بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيم.
SOCIETY
  Discipline in the faith of unity  

إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُغَيِّرُ مَا بِقَوْمٍ حَتَّىٰ يُغَيِّرُوا مَا بِأَنفُسِهِمْ 
Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves. (13:11)

The society must live under laws, based on eternal principals,


*Cleanliness, Sobriety, Charity, Fair dealing, Righteousness, Honesty and Helpfulness.


*Riot, gambling, wrong doing, interest and blood feud to be abolished.


 *The courage to fight in defense of right to be defined.


*Manner and customs of marriage, divorce and widowhood to be regulated.


*The rights and duties of heir to be recognized after death. And orphans to be protected.





What we need today is an up-gradation of that original 

Caliphate model by adding evolution of time and space 

till to date, whereby the four institutions of justice

defence, Commerce and education, evolved by election 

from the roots level upwards, will comprise the 

Executive inured to the greatest happiness of the 

greatest number achieved in accordance with God’s 

word revealed to the Prophet.









1)         Promotion of unity and prohibition of division.

وَاعْتَصِمُوا بِحَبْلِ اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا وَلَا تَفَرَّقُوا ۚ وَاذْكُرُوا نِعْمَتَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذْ كُنتُمْ أَعْدَاءً فَأَلَّفَ بَيْنَ قُلُوبِكُمْ فَأَصْبَحْتُم بِنِعْمَتِهِ إِخْوَانًا
And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided. And remember the favor of Allah upon you - when you were enemies and He brought your hearts together and you became, by His favor, brothers.  Al- e- imran-103

2)   Warning against division in religion and against establishing parties/group.

                 يَفْعَلُون إِنَّ الَّذِينَ فَرَّقُوا دِينَهُمْ وَكَانُوا شِيَعًا لَّسْتَ مِنْهُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ ۚ إِنَّمَا أَمْرُهُمْ إِلَى اللَّهِ ثُمَّ يُنَبِّئُهُم بِمَا كَانُوا                                                        
As for those who divide their religion and break up into sects, thou hast no part in them in the least: their affair is with Allah: He will in the end tell them the truth of all that they did.

 Al-anaam-15

3) Exposing liars, who divide believers by establishing a MASJID.

وَالَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُوا مَسْجِدًا ضِرَارًا وَكُفْرًا وَتَفْرِيقًا بَيْنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَإِرْصَادًا لِّمَنْ حَارَبَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ مِن قَبْلُ ۚ وَلَيَحْلِفُنَّ إِنْ أَرَدْنَا إِلَّا الْحُسْنَىٰ ۖ وَاللَّهُ يَشْهَدُ إِنَّهُمْ لَكَاذِبُونَ

And there are those who put up a mosque by way of mischief and infidelity - to disunite the Believers - and in preparation for one who warred against Allah and His Messenger aforetime. They will indeed swear that their intention is nothing but good; But Allah doth declare that they are certainly liars. At-tawbah-107

4) Order to obey Allah and his messenger and prohibition to dispute and lose courage.
  
    وَأَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَلَا تَنَازَعُوا فَتَفْشَلُوا وَتَذْهَبَ رِيحُكُمْ ۖ      
And obey Allah and His Messenger; and fall into no disputes, lest ye lose heart and your power depart: Al anfal-46

5) Declaring believers a single brotherhood and order for settlement in brothers.

 إِنَّمَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ إِخْوَةٌ فَأَصْلِحُوا بَيْنَ أَخَوَيْكُمْ ۚ 
The Believers are but a single Brotherhood: So make peace and reconciliation between your two (contending) brothers. Al-hujurat-10



I would, in this connection, also like to draw your attention towards,   ayat -7 of Ale- imran


   هُوَ الَّذِي أَنزَلَ عَلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ مِنْهُ آيَاتٌ مُّحْكَمَاتٌ هُنَّ أُمُّ الْكِتَابِ وَأُخَرُ مُتَشَابِهَاتٌ ۖ
He it is Who has sent down to thee the Book: In it are verses basic or fundamental (of established meaning); they are the foundation of the Book: others are allegorical.

Now the question arises whether aayat   An nisa-171, Al- e- imran-103, Al-anaam-159 And At-tawbah-107, Al anfal-46 and Al-hujurat-10 fall in the category of basic  or allegorical.  Surely, these are basic edicts of the Quran.


However, political parties and leaders claiming to be Muslim promote polytheistic government and strive, with false promises, to win elections for advancing their own motives.
This is exactly what was done by the MMA whose government in the then N.W.F.P supported Gen. Musrarraf’s war of terror.  Likewise, this precisely is what was done by the Jamaate Islami who strengthened the hands of Gen. Zia for his holy war against Russia.
Regrettably, the Pakistani Political Parties, with their leaders, did not follow in the footsteps of the Prophet and the caliphates.   It is, however, obvious that such selective application of Islamic codes does not conform with Quranic edicts. Albaqarah -208

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا ادْخُلُوا فِي السِّلْمِ كَافَّةً وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِ ۚ إِنَّهُ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُّبِينٌ
O you, who have believed, enter into Islam completely [and perfectly] and do not follow the footsteps of Satan. Indeed, he is to you a clear enemy. Albaqarah -208


DEMOCRACY

It will be noticed that the popular desire being aired globally for a democratic dispensation, particularly since the advent of the 21st century, requires an adjustment of our vision of political/governmental reorganization in the light of human history.  As you are aware, democracy, which evolved in Polytheism/enlightenment (Adam Weishaupt, the first utopian to think on the global scale, looked forward to the day his group, the Illuminiati would bring about the Novus Ordo Seclorum, sometimes called the New World Order), has had five goals, namely,

(a)        Abolition of monarchies and all ordered governments,
(b)        Abolition of private property and inheritances,
(c)        Abolition of patriotism and nationalism,
(d)       Abolition of family life and the institution of marriage, and the establishment
of communal education of children,
(e)        Abolition of all religion.

As the foregoing goals were also the basic requirement for establishing World Government/Global Village, the efforts made towards this end resulted, after the fall of secularism, followed by that of capitalism, in the WAR of TERROR.

Because, however, such goals are incompatible with, also negate, the do’s and don’ts prescribed by the Almighty, the governing codes/constitutions in Muslim countries entail constant revision/amendment tailored, most of the time, for the benefit of an elite ruling class. Nevertheless, such frequent tinkering with the basic document not only renders it impracticable and redundant but also promotes weak, but despotic and dictatorial, governments.  Since, however, a dictatorship ignores public input for throughput and, instead, forces the public, by unfair means for throughput, the result is an undocumented economy which covers up the output corruption and unfair distribution of national resources, the kind of phenomenon evident in most Muslim countries.  It need not be said, at this stage, that a Multi party system is in conflict with the Quranic Edict. [al-emran 103]. 
وَاعْتَصِمُوا بِحَبْلِ اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا وَلَا تَفَرَّقُوا 
And hold fast, all together, by the rope which Allah (stretches out for you), and be not divided among yourselves; (3:103)







Time demands National Institutional Government

As  I.T. CULTURE FORM OF GOVERNMEN
The time is now ripe for the transformation, in Muslim countries, of the system of governance in such a way that the essence of government accords with the spirit of the Caliphate as it evolved after the demise of the Prophet of Islam.
It bears repetition that the following four Caliphs belonged to, and represented, such major tribes of the land as were well known for the profession/proficiency/specialty roughly corresponding with today’s state institution indicated against each: 

1.      It may be recalled that when, during the renovation of the Kaaba, the chief of each             tribe staked his claim to the honour of placing the Hajr-e-Aswad in its intended position, Prophet   Muhammad (PBUH) resolved the matter by making the leaders of four major tribes lift one corner each of a piece of cloth enveloped around Hajr-e-Aswad.  These were the tribes representing the institutions of justice, defence, trade
and education of the day and from them were drawn the individuals who led the Muslim Umma during the first four Caliphates.

2.          Honourable Abu Bakar Siddique,    JUSTICE:
Though his father, Uthman Abu Quhafa, was still alive, he came to be recognized as chief of his tribe Banu Tamim branch of the Quraysh tribe. He was assigned the office of awarding blood money in cases of murder.

3.         Honourable Umer Ibn-ul-Khatab,   DEFENCE:
He was born in Mecca to the Banu Adi clan, which was responsible for arbitrations among the tribes.

4.         Honourable Uthman Ghani,            COMMERCE:
He was born into the wealthy Umayyad (Banu Umayya) clan of the Quraysh. His father, Affan, died young but left a large inheritance. He followed the same profession as his father, and his business flourished, making him one of the richest men among the Qurayshi tribe.

5.         Honourable Ali Ibne Abu Talib,     EDUCATION:
Whose tribe used to LOOK AFTER the Baitullah and its visitors.  Being from
Prophet’s tribe, he became a source of education

Since the prevailing social contract rooted in Industrial Culture and envisaging the trichotomy of power (vested in the legislature, judiciary and executive evolved in polytheism supra system) has been unable to cope with the phenomenal speed of time, the 21st Century expects mankind to come up with a fresh power sharing arrangement compatible with the recently-unfolded IT Culture. Therefore, a broad-based five-branch (executive, education,

commerce, defence and judiciary) democratic dispensation is the only way out for a nation/country aspiring to global leadership in the new century. Such a government will, in conformity with universal requirements and observable phenomena of Nature, generate a fresh social contract to ensure the happiness and growth of every individual, group, institution and (tier/level of) government/nation so that a strong welfare state emerges to zealously safeguard the rights of every human being.

A SMART GOVERNMENT
The state will play only a supervisory role, regulating and promoting every aspect of life through public institutions. All forms of discretionary authority will be abolished and the spontaneity of individuals will, through planning, foresight and co-operation, be channelled into appropriate institutions. Public institutions will be run with citizen input provided at all levels.
The State will support initiatives, triggered by different social forces, which will be directed to those in most need. The Government will consist of four ministries which will be established through the introduction of public controlled institutions intended for the welfare of the society and citizens.

Accordingly, we require a complete decoding of the present system for new coding in accordance with corporate culture. Each code should be in consonance with our ideology, religion reservations, desired cultural impacts, country resources and economic opportunities.  Each code must also be compatible with the needs of present and future conditions.

Proposed Monotheistic Electrol System

ELECTORAL SYSTEM
Every citizen of Pakistan not less than 20 years of age shall be registered at the appropriate Citizen Centre as a voter for, depending upon his profession or calling, one of the four institutions of Commerce, Defence, Education and Justice and be eligible to vote for the election of a Friend who will represent the citizens belonging to such institution.
Every citizen shall have the right, within his institution, to nominate any other citizen for election as a Friend but any citizen nominating himself shall, for the relevant election, stand disqualified not only as a candidate but also as a voter. 
No citizen, family, party or group shall indulge in the facilitation/promotion, for election, of any nominee and such facilitation/promotion shall not only disqualify the nominee in question but also render disqualified to vote such citizen, family, party or, as the case may be, group.
Each nomination of a Friend shall emanate from complete satisfaction and good conscience of the nominating member without involving any kind of fear or favour. 
The citizens registered for each Institution at a Citizen Centre shall elect a volunteer as Electioneer who will manage and supervise all elections for a period  of one year but be himself ineligible to cast his vote or to accept any post/position.  The four Electioneers in each Citizen Centre shall choose one of them as Chief Electioneer whose term of office shall also be one year.  The post of Electioneer vacated by a Chief Electioneer shall be filled in by fresh election of another volunteer by the citizens registered for the relevant Institution.
Election for the Commerce, Defence, Education and Justice friends shall, under the supervision of the five Electioneers, be held on, respectively, Friday (for Commerce), Sunday (for Defence), Tuesday (for Education) and Thursday (for Justice).  
All nominations for election shall be received in the ballot box from dawn to dusk and shall be counted, by the five electioneers, in the presence of such citizens who may wish to be present.  A list of the nominees shall be so drawn up that the one receiving the highest number of nominations shall be placed on the top, followed by the one receiving the second highest number of nominations and so forth, with the one receiving the lowest number of nominations at the bottom.  This list shall be displayed on the notice board of every Masjad in the Citizen Centre and the general public shall have the right to lodge a complaint, along with evidence, about any kind of corrupt practice indulged in by any nominee.
While a nominee shall, on the basis of credible evidence of corrupt practice, be disqualified for election for a period of three years, a complainant whose evidence in the matter turns out to be false shall be disqualified as nominee and voter in any election for a period of six years.  Any citizen against whom any civil or criminal case is pending in any court or forum shall be ineligible for nomination, voting or public representation at any level in any institution.  A final nomination list shall, after necessary amendment, deletion etc, be displayed on the notice board of the Masajd before sunset.
Election between the top two nominees in the final list will be held in the coming week on the day reserved for the respective institution.  All candidates will make sure that they are at home waiting for a call from the electioneers but will not attend any voter’s call or voter meeting. 
After preparation and tabulation of the result, the electioneers shall call both the contesting candidates.  The candidate who gets the lowest number of votes will announce the winner and will congratulate him.  In case the losing candidate refuses, or is not available for, the announcement, he will be disqualified for a period of ten years to nominate or vote for any election.  In such a case, the Chief Electioneer will announce the result which shall be final and binding on all citizens.

In case any nominee is unable, for any reason, to contest the election, the next nominee on the list shall step forward for such election.  Likewise, any vacancy occurring due to personal circumstances, natural causes etc shall be filled in by election amongst the relevant nominees on the list already drawn up in the beginning of the year/term of the Citizen Centre.

CITIZEN CENTRE
A Citizen Centre shall be established in each such area served by a Masjad as is populated by 2,000-2,500 citizens each of whom shall get himself registered, according to his profession, in one of the four institutions, namely, Commerce, Defence, Education or Justice.
There shall be maintained, in each Citizen Centre/Masjid, four Institutional Registers, one each for Commerce, Defence, Education and Justice for recording, in respect of every citizen, the following particulars under the supervision of the Imam Sahib:

Each registered citizen shall have the right, within his Citizen Centre, to nominate any other registered citizen for election as a Friend in his Institution.
The five electioneers shall hold the election of four Institutional Friends in accordance with the Electoral System.  The four Friends emerging from the first election shall maintain/take over the respective institutional registers from the Imam Sahib and will elect one of them as Worker who shall head the citizen centre for a period of one year.  The position of friend vacated as a result of election of the worker shall be filled in by fresh election between the next two nominees on the nomination list.
The tenure of a Friend shall be one year but new elections will be held in the eleventh month whereby each friend-elect shall, for one month, work with the friend in the respective institution.   

The election, as worker for one year, of an Institutional Friend shall render his successors, during the three succeeding years, ineligible for such election with the result that each institution shall have the opportunity, by rotation, get its institutional friend elected to head the citizen centre every fourth year

TOWN CENTRE
A Town Centre, comprising ten Citizen Centers, with a population of 25,000-30,000 citizens will be established in a Jamia Masjid of the area.  The ten friends and one worker, representing each of the ten Citizen Centres, shall constitute an electoral college of fifty representatives who shall, within their respective institutions, elect four institutional workers for a period of one year.  Such institutional workers will then elect one of them as member to head the Town Centre and to represent it in the municipal centre for a one year term.  While any vacancy of institutional worker in the Town Centre shall be filled in by election from the nominee list as per the electoral system, the yearly election of Member shall be so organized that each institution shall have the opportunity, by rotation, to get its institutional worker elected to head the Town Centre every fourth year.

MUNICIPAL CENTRE
A Municipal Centre comprising a population of 200,000-250,000 citizens spread over ten citizen centres will be established in the existing municipal building in the area.  All of the forty workers and ten members representing the ten Town Centres in the area shall, in accordance with the electoral system, elect four institutional members who will, in turn, elect one of them as guide to head the Municipal Centre and to represent it in the District centre.  Any seat of worker vacated by the election of guide will be filled in, as per the electoral system, by fresh election and the tenure of a Municipal Centre worker as well as guide shall be two years.  


DISTRICT CENTRE
A District Centre shall comprise ten municipal centres, will have a population of 2,000,000-2,500,000 citizens and will be established in the existing D.C.O. office.  All fifty representatives, including ten Guides and forty members, from the ten Municipal Centres will elect four institutional guides, one for each institution.  Such institutional Guides will, in turn, elect one of them by majority vote as Leader to head the District Centre and to represent it in the provincial centre.  Any seat of guide rendered vacant due to the election of Leader will be filled in, as per the electoral system, by fresh election.  The Guides and Leaders will be elected for a period of two years.
LEGISLATIVE LEADERS
Each district will nominate a legislative leader, aged not less than forty years, to represent it in the Legislative Assembly.  The electoral college for the legislative leader shall comprise the  Town Centre Members in the district, the Municipal Centre members and Guides in the district, the District Centre Guides and the Leaders of the district. out of legislative leader for each institution.  This will also be ensured that in legislative assembly proportionate numbers of each institution are elected.  In case of proportion if one who has highest nominations but his institution has already reached to required numbers than next two candidates will contest election.  Successful candidates will be elected for four years.  Present national assembly building will be the assembly of legislative leaders.

PROVINCIAL CENTRE
The entire population of the province will be represented through various districts in the province.  All guides and leaders of the all districts in province will elect four out of them for each institution as per procedure and such institutional leaders will elect one out of them as governor who shall be aged not less than fifty years and will head the province.  The Governor will be elected for a period of four years.


NATIONAL CENTRE
The entire population of the country will be represented through various provinces and districts of the country in the National Centre.  The provincial governors will elect one out of them for each institution to had respective institution in National Centre.  All governors and Legislative Leaders will elect Minister one out of them from each institution to represent respective institution in Idea Centre.  The Minister will be elected for five years.
IDEA CENTRE
All leaders, governors and ministers will elect one out of governors and ministers as president of country.  President will be elected for five years.

INSTITUTIONAL GOVERNMENT

EXECUTIVE SYSTEM

ELECTION AND ALLEGIANCE
In order to monitor electoral exercises at all levels of the Institutional Government, a Department of Election and Allegiance shall be set up, under the “All Bodies” category of “Registration”, which will report to the Legislative Body.

The Department of Election and Allegiance will not only maintain the record of all elections conducted at various levels of institutional government but also monitor all elections periodically held in the country in accordance with the electoral procedure.  Besides, it will arrange and organize, twice a year, educational/training courses of five months duration for the guidance of election commissions and electoral judges.  Such a course shall, after one year, be a prerequisite for a nominee as an election commission/electoral judge.

Leaders of the Legislative Assembly shall, for each institution, elect an electoral judge the duration of whose office will be two years and the four electoral judges so elected shall elect one of them as electoral governor for a period of two years.  The electoral judges and governors shall perform their duties in accordance with the prescribed electoral procedure.

New elections for the electoral judges will be held in 22nd month of the existing tenure and the judges-elect will, for one month, perform duties under the outgoing judges.  The electoral judges will be responsible for administering oaths in their respective constituencies.









Fall of Capitalism/Secularism
                        As the capitalist, acting as promoter/administrator, invests a minimal/nominal amount of his own in the business (obtaining major funding at concessional interest rates) but is entitled to retain full profit and be liable, in the case of loss, only to the extent of his share holding, the underlying system is inherently oppressive and unjust.   It is, therefore, time to introduce a new ECONOMIC MODEL for replacing the secular codes of capitalism which, due to its irrational structure, stands grounded since the very beginning of the 21st century.

The banks secure deposits from the general public against promise to pay interest at fixed rates without guaranteeing the face value of the pertinent currency prevailing in the international market at the time the money was deposited.  In case, therefore, of devaluation of currency, the depositors lose the net worth of their deposits to the extent of devaluation.  As happened with the US $, while 87 cents of a $ were equal to one Euro in 2001, $ 1.4925 was equal to one Euro in 2010.  Practically, thus the $ has lost 58.29% of original worth.  All this is a result of credit based economy and loan based investment.

As far as the war on terror is concerned, its real cost has been passed on to the countries with US Dollar - based reserves or currencies but, interestingly, the currencies of most European NATO members were, in the year 2000, delinked from the Dollar by floating the Euro as a common EU currency.




ECONOMIC MODEL

PREPARATION AND IMPLEMENTATION 

Economic benefits underlie all successful Unions of peoples and nations bound together in relationships envisaging mutual necessity.  However, economic advancement is possible only when the prevailing economic system is, instead of being in conflict with the ideology and religious reservations of the masses, harmonious with their aspirations.

The economic model suitable for the global power ascendant in the I.T. Culture needs to entail the codes 0, 1, 2, 5 & 7 and make sure that all entities must exist above one, with those below one being de-registered and disallowed to continue their operations, thereby transforming, in a reasonable period of time, all investments from loans to partnerships.

In the case of the really needy citizens, a system of loans will be introduced with the guiding principle of “payable when able”.   The present economic system based on the principle of supply and demand will, thus, be transformed into one built on commodity reserves (stores for consumption) and the society will be reorganised for the promotion of compulsory savings.  Dependence on past saving is much better than mortgaging the future.

This has reference to your e-mail dated 25-01-2012.

I feel regret that I could not communicate the purpose of the meeting, though; it was self evident from the contents of my request.

I am of the view that your concept of Islami banking on the basis of which you are heading several Shariah Boards is entirely in conflict with Quranic Edict (Albaqarah 275-276 read with Albaqarah 41-42, Al-imran 77 and An nahl 95). In this regard it seems imperative to have a meeting.

I wish to explain that the polytheistic economic model, underlying capitalism and prevalent in democratic countries/societies, is based essentially on credit and loan, a concept anathema to the monotheistic economic model. Besides, while the Law of Algorithm dictates the monotheistic economic model to originate in Plus One (+1), the polytheistic economic model is based on Minus One (-1).

All types of interest are prohibited in ISLAM

1) Prohibition of interest based on credit/loan; Albaqarah 275

2) Prohibition of compound interest; Al imran 130

3) Prohibition of interest based fund raising; Ar rum 39


Principle of prosperity is, lower interest rate of central bank indicates financial strength of economy. That’s why ALLAH subhanahu recommends zero interest rate for Muslim states.

Although I am a business man by profession yet my observations and reservations, mentioned in my previous mails, are the result of my forty long years of research and practical exposure to more than forty countries and their socio-economic systems. Therefore, I felt imperative to share my viewpoint with you. I still believe that the meeting will be eye opening.

Please refer your mail dated 04/02/2012. I thought, that maybe, it is happening due to lack of knowledge of ISLAMIC ECONOMIC MODEL (both graphs attached). So I requested a meeting to explain personally SUPRASYSTEM and application of the basic law  بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ to activate systems in conformation of SUPRASYSTEM  من النظام الالهى الاسمى الى النظام الدنياوى الادنى

After viewing your referred books, I came to know about your judgment, based on your understanding and views; I feel that you have gathered arguments from details, to isolate actions from system and to prove the action as an Islamic act. This reflects cognitive misunderstanding of ISLAM. Very strange!

The Historic Judgment on Interest reflects ignorance of the Shariah Appellate Bench to apply fundamentals of the basic law  بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ  in consonance with suprasystem following the order/warning of Almighty ALLAH in surah Albaqarah -208

 يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا ادْخُلُوا فِي السِّلْمِ كَافَّةً وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِ ۚ إِنَّهُ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُّبِينٌ
(O you, who have believed, enter into Islam completely [and perfectly] and do not follow the footsteps of Satan. Indeed, he is to you a clear enemy).



My observations are as:
All types of interest are prohibited in ISLAM

الَّذِينَ يَأْكُلُونَ الرِّبَا لَا يَقُومُونَ إِلَّا كَمَا يَقُومُ الَّذِي يَتَخَبَّطُهُ الشَّيْطَانُ مِنَ الْمَسِّ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا إِنَّمَا الْبَيْعُ مِثْلُ الرِّبَا ۗ وَأَحَلَّ اللَّهُ الْبَيْعَ وَحَرَّمَ الرِّبَا ۚ فَمَن جَاءَهُ مَوْعِظَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّهِ فَانتَهَىٰ فَلَهُ مَا سَلَفَ وَأَمْرُهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ ۖ وَمَنْ عَادَ فَأُولَٰئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ ۖ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ

Those who consume interest cannot stand [on the Day of Resurrection] except as one stands who is being beaten by Satan into insanity. That is because they say, "Trade is [just] like interest." But Allah has permitted trade and has forbidden interest. So whoever has received an admonition from his Lord and desists may have what is past, and his affair rests with Allah. But whoever returns to [dealing in interest or usury] - those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide eternally therein.

2) Prohibition of compound interest;                      Al-imran    130    
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَأْكُلُوا الرِّبَا أَضْعَافًا مُّضَاعَفَةً ۖ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ
O you who have believed, do not consume usury, doubled and multiplied, but fear Allah that you may be successful.

3) Prohibition of interest on fund raising;               Ar-rum        39
وَمَا آتَيْتُم مِّن رِّبًا لِّيَرْبُوَ فِي أَمْوَالِ النَّاسِ فَلَا يَرْبُو عِندَ اللَّهِ ۖ وَمَا آتَيْتُم مِّن زَكَاةٍ تُرِيدُونَ وَجْهَ اللَّهِ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُضْعِفُونَ
That which ye lay out for increase through the property of (other) people, will have no increase with Allah: but that which ye lay out for charity, seeking the Countenance of Allah, (will increase): it is these who will get a recompense multiplied.




I would like to draw your attention toward,   ayat -7 of Ale- imran read with Albaqarah 41-42, Al-imran 77 and An-nahl 95

هُوَ الَّذِي أَنزَلَ عَلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ مِنْهُ آيَاتٌ مُّحْكَمَاتٌ هُنَّ أُمُّ الْكِتَابِ وَأُخَرُ مُتَشَابِهَاتٌ ۖ

He it is Who has sent down to thee the Book: In it are verses basic or fundamental (of established meaning); they are the foundation of the Book: others are allegorical.

وَآمِنُوا بِمَا أَنزَلْتُ مُصَدِّقًا لِّمَا مَعَكُمْ وَلَا تَكُونُوا أَوَّلَ كَافِرٍ بِهِ ۖ وَلَا تَشْتَرُوا بِآيَاتِي ثَمَنًا قَلِيلًا وَإِيَّايَ فَاتَّقُونِ
And believe in what I reveal, confirming the revelation which is with you, and be not the first to reject Faith therein, nor sell My Signs for a small price; and fear Me, and Me alone.

Now the question arises, whether, aayat Al-baqarah-275, Ale-imran-130 and Ar rum 39 are falling under the category of basics or allegorical. Surely these are basics of Quran, as interest is basics of currency and fund raising system of modern world. Principle of prosperity dictates, lower interest rate of central bank indicates financial strength of

economy. That’s why ALLAH Subhanahu recommends zero interest rate, the lowest rate for strongest economy of Muslim states.
* Shariah Appellate Bench has targeted only a/c holder in whole system for profit and loss sharing, so that conventional banking, based on the polytheistic economic system, can be marketed, with the help of monotheistic arguments, as an Islamic banking through judgment on interest.
                        As the capitalist, acting as promoter/administrator, invests a minimal/nominal amount of his own in the business (obtaining major funding at concessional interest rates) but is entitled to retain full profit and be liable, in the case of loss, only to the extent of his share holding, the underlying system is inherently oppressive and unjust.   It is, therefore, time to introduce a new ECONOMIC MODEL for replacing the secular codes of capitalism which, due to its irrational structure, stands grounded since the very beginning of the 21st century.




Don’t you think? This act falls under Quranic edict Al-baqarah-9
يُخَادِعُونَ اللَّهَ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَمَا يَخْدَعُونَ إِلَّا أَنفُسَهُمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ  
They [think]to deceive Allah and those who believe, but they deceive not except
Themselves and perceive [it] not.
*we cannot apply partnership rule partly, between bank and a/c holder to safeguard the interests of Bank rather than a/c holder. Banks are still operating under the polytheistic economic model. In local market gold price of 10 grams was Rs.8378/ in year 2005 and now 10 grams is Rs.50589. Six times lower in seven years. All

this is the result of credit/loan based economy and Govt. authority to print money without the consent of stake holders.
We need partnership step by step in the whole system, not in one action only.
*First of all, to establish a Government in partnership of four institutions: Education, Commerce, Defence and Judiciary as an I.T. culture Form of govt 
*Secondly to establish a Monetary authority in partnership with banks and Chambers of               Commerce.

*Thirdly to transform bank ownership into Trust or partnership of a/c holders, managed by professionals, controlled by public institutions and supervised by Govt.
*Fourthly transformation of all credits and loans into partnerships and all investments must have public partnerships and citizens input by open debates.
*Fifthly empowering all financial educational institutions to inspect accounts and audited reports as third party regularly through students (as future stakeholders).

أُولَٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ اشْتَرَوُا الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا بِالْآخِرَةِ ۖ فَلَا يُخَفَّفُ عَنْهُمُ الْعَذَابُ وَلَا هُمْ يُنصَرُونَ
Those are the ones who have bought the life of this world [in exchange] for the Hereafter, so the punishment will not be lightened for them, nor will they be aided.

My Dear Brother,

Please refer my mails and letters 17-01-2012, 23-01-2012, 27-01-2012 and 14-02-2012 and many phone calls to your office for Para wise reply of my letters.  But till this time, we did not receive any satisfactory reply of any mail.
For the best interest of Muslim Ummah all this is being posted on web page www.islamicbanking.com.pk and www.islamicbanking.org.pk and your reply of letters and following questions will also be posted on receipt:

1.   Can a single Polytheistic economic practice, which resembles such partnership as is permissible under Islamic edicts, be cited to negate/reject the entire Islamic system of monetary control?
2.   Can a pronouncement of the Federal Shariat Court, quoting such arguments of the petitioner/respondent as are designed, for mutual benefit/worldly gain, to market Riba by labelling it as a PLS (profit and loss sharing) concept, be cited(case law) to replace or amend definite dos or don’ts specified in the holy Quran?
3.   Does someone in receipt of remuneration from a bank, or a scholar providing, for worldly gain, services as an Islamic mufti, have authority to issue such Fatwa as tends to fit in a Riba-based economy with the Islamic economic system?

The above questions about the status, in terms of the Holy Quran, of the current banking practices have for some time been agitating many thinking minds in the Muslim Ummah: If, therefore, you could kindly ponder the same for a few minutes and provide a response,

Subject: POSIITION, VIZ-A-VIZ QURANIC PRECEPTS, OF RIBA/INTEREST

Dear Brother Muhammad Taqi Usmani, وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله 
Thank you so much for having, vide your reply dated 11-03-12, noted the Quranic precepts over riba/interest identified in the correspondence exchanged with you.  Regrettably, however, you seem to refrain from recanting such views on riba/interest aired in your judgment/books as, very clearly, are the root cause of  Fitnatulribae- فتنة الرباء 

I am confident that the Suprasystem and Monotheistic Economic Model, sent to you along with my letter dated 14-02-12, sufficed to persuade you about my point of view and, accordingly, to revise/correct your stated position over riba/interest
 وَهُوَ الَّذِي يَقْبَلُ التَّوْبَةَ عَنْ عِبَادِهِ وَيَعْفُو عَنِ السَّيِّئَاتِ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا تَفْعَلُونَ    
He is the One that accepts repentance from His Servants and forgives sins: and He knows all that ye do. ( Ash-Shūraá-25)
Because your FSC judgment and books tend, in the name of the PLS A/C system, to support RIBA, you appear to be duty-bound to withdraw your support in the matter and clarify that RIBA (labelled as Islamic Banking) is incompatible with specific Quranic edicts.
I am sure a scholar of your stature need not be reminded that your advocacy of RIBA tends to strengthen a Polytheistic Economic Model and promote its dominance over Muslim countries and societies, thereby negating the following Quranic edict 60:2.
إِن يَثْقَفُوكُمْ يَكُونُوا لَكُمْ أَعْدَاءً وَيَبْسُطُوا إِلَيْكُمْ أَيْدِيَهُمْ وَأَلْسِنَتَهُم بِالسُّوءِ وَوَدُّوا لَوْ تَكْفُرُونَ
If they gain dominance over you, they would be to you as enemies and extend against you their hands and their tongues with evil, and they desire that ye should reject the Truth. (AlMumtaĥanah-2)
Hoping to elicit a clear and explicit statement on the inadmissibility of RIBA labelled as Islamic Banking.

           I am of the view that your concept of Islamic banking on the basis of which you are heading Shariah Boards is entirely in conflict with Quranic Edict (Albaqarah 275-276 read with Albaqarah 41-42, Al-imran 77 and An nahl 95).

             I wish to explain that the polytheistic economic model, underlying capitalism and prevalent in democratic countries/societies, is based essentially on credit and loan, a concept anathema to the monotheistic economic model.  Besides, while the Law of Algorithm dictates the monotheistic economic model to originate in Plus One (+1), the polytheistic economic model is based on Minus One (-1).
All types of interest are prohibited in ISLAM
1) Prohibition of interest based on credit/loan;      Albaqarah  275
2) Prohibition of compound interest;                      Al imran    130
3) Prohibition of interest based fund raising;          Ar rum        39
Principle of prosperity is, lower interest rate of central bank indicates financial strength of economy. That’s why ALLAH subhanahu recommends zero interest rate for Muslim states.
